Group Leader Terms & Conditions
1. All Group Leaders must fill out a credit application.
2. All Group Leaders must have an established grower base.
3. All Group Leaders must have the ability to warehouse and deliver seed. There will be no farm drops of less than 250 bags or a $50.00 charge will be assessed for each stop.
4. There is a return policy of 5%. All unsold seed should be reported to World Food Processing no later than June 15th; otherwise no credit will be issued.
5. All groups will be assigned a group number correlated to a grower that is in your group. This will be put on the grower’s contract.
6. No seed will be sold or distributed without a signed contract.
7. All growers must sign a germplasm agreement before receiving seed. This agreement can be signed when the contracts are signed.
8. Each group leader will receive a packet with numbered contracts and germplasm agreements to be signed by grower and sent back to World Food Processing at 4301 World Food Avenue, Oskaloosa, IA 52577.
9. Growers must have signed contracts back to World Food Processing by April 15. Contracts received after May 1, will revert to option contracts unless there is written authorization from World Food Processing in advance.
10. After all contracts have been submitted, a list of the number of seed units and the variety sold to each grower must be submitted to World Food Processing.
11. Samples from grower’s production must be submitted by November 15. Samples submitted after November 15, will revert to option acres unless otherwise authorized by World Food Processing in writing.
12. An acre report must be submitted on a weekly basis in order to keep World Food Processing up to date on group leader’s progress on procuring acres.
